This is an at-home version of the CrossFit benchmark workout ""Elizabeth"". If you have an barbell and set of rings and want to do the real thing, the weights are 135/95. In our version, all you need are some dumbbells and a chair. Pick a weight that will challenge you, where you can still move relatively fast, but you definitely have to work for it. On the chair dips, make it harder by elevating your legs with another chair.
