We're gonna get FREAKY fun with some light, easy pumpkin carries and intense candy-carrying intervals. The Candy Crush Shuttle Runs are meant on jacking you up with a sugar rush, aka out of breath! The pumpkin carries are meant on being a slower-paced recovery-type movement where you can hang onto the light object for the entire duration/distance and catch a break. Grind through this one to earn yourself some extra Snickers tonight!

KID VERSION: Get the whole family involved! Everyone carries pumpkins together. Take turns on the Candy Crush and perform as a relay, so I do one, you rest, and then you do one while I rest, back and forth until we complete either 10 total or 10 each (your choice!).

PARTNER VERSION: Feeling competitive? Perform the Carries together and then RACE each other on the Shuttle runs! First person to fill their bucket wins!

*Candy Crush: place 2 halloween buckets 10m apart: 10 pieces of candy in one, the other empty. To start, run from the empty bucket to the bucket with candy in it, perform a Burpee behind the filled bucket, take a piece of candy out, run it back and place it in the empty bucket. Continue running back-and-forth until all 10 candies are moved!

Movement

- Pumpkin Carries: adjust load.
- Candy Crush Shuttle Runs: reduce to 5 reps each round, then perform as a Kick-back instead of Burpee.

Equipment

- Carries: if you are staying inside, perform 30 seconds duration in place of each 50m interval. Can use a pumpkin, bag of potatoes, a light DB.
- Candy Crush Shuttle Runs: if no candy or buckets, use a bowl with some small objects like change or dice. If your inside space is too small to measure out 10m, then do 5m and run twice between buckets each rep to equal 10m.

Candy Hoarding Game!

- Place a bunch of candy in front of you on the ground (about 20-30 pieces).
- Place a candy bucket right next to the candy.
- Set a timer for 5 minutes.
- Get into a Plank and transfer all of the candy from the ground into the bucket!
- You have 10 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF to get as many pieces of candy in the bucket as possible until your candy is out!
- Once your candy is all in the bucket, dump it out and continue. Your total score is the # of times you have filled your bucket!
