- Lie on the ground with legs straight, feet together, arms overhead.

- Lift upper back and legs off of the ground, with the low back the only contact point.
- Raise feet and open wide while simultaneously lifting your upper body and reaching in between your legs.
- Lower slowly back down to the ground.

- Sitting on your tailbone with legs wide and arms reaching in between.
