Split Cleans

Split means we just do half the reps, right?

- Feet under hips
- With a hinge at hips
- Back flat with shoulders pinched back (big chest)
- Soft bend at knee
- Weights are touching the ground, push ground away
- Open hips once weight is past knees
- Jump weight to shoulders with elbow high and outside close to body (not forward)
- Landing in a split-stance position similar to a lunge but with the back knee barely bent instead of touching the ground
- Bring front foot half way back and back foot half way forward
- Stand up, squeeze abs and butt at top
