✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders.
- Bent over with a flat back and bent knees.
- Take one arm and hold onto one object at the side of the body, other arm is free.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Stand & jump weight to shoulder, catching at the bottom of a squat, supporting the weight with elbow underneath.
- Stand up from the bottom of the squat, keeping weight on your shoulder.
- Return foot stance back under hips.
✅ The Finish
- Standing straight up, one weight held on one shoulder, other arm free.
