- Balance your weight on one foot.
- Stand in front of a chair roughly 1 foot behind you.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Sit butt back, reaching back towards a seat/chair.
- Make contact with the surface.
- Use arms for momentum to stand up off of the seat/chair.
- Drive off your heels and stand.

The Finish
- Standing up after sitting down onto a chair with one leg, balanced on one side.
