Dual Scissor Kicks

✅ The Set-up
- Lie on your back on the ground.
- Hold a weight in your arms, pressing it against the ceiling, arms perpendicular to the ground.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Lift shoulder blades and legs off of the ground, keeping knees locked out.
- Scissor kick one leg on top of the other leg laterally, then return to center, then switch which leg is on top.

✅ The Finish
- Lying on the ground with a weight locked out in the arms at chest level, legs crossing over one another.
