✅ The Set-up
- Set up in a plank with hands directly beneath your chest.
- Elevate toes onto a higher surface, with chest at a declined angle.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Lower your body down so chest rests on the ground, hips remain high.
- Push off the ground to the top of the plank position.
- Elbows stay in the whole time.
✅ The Finish
- Plank position on the hands with feet on an elevated surface, hips in line with the body.
