✅ The Set-up
- Stand upright with feet underneath hips..
🏃♂️ The Action
- Lean over, pushing your butt back, shoulders over your toes.
- Throw arms forward for momentum.
- Jump forward as far as possible, landing in a 1/4 squat position.
✅ The Finish
- Stand up fully after the jump.
🧢 Coaching Tips! Be really soft in the landing by keeping the knees out.
