✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet shoulder width.
- Place weight(s) on your shoulders with elbows underneath.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Press both weights overhead, reaching full lockout of the arms.
- Lower right arm down to the shoulder, keeping left arm overhead.
- Press up right arm, then lower left arm to shoulder, keeping right side locked out.
- Switch back and forth.
✅ The Finish
- Standing with both arms/elbows fully locked out straight up overhead.
