Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.
"I don't have weights."
Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."
Well, if you're reading this then that means you're interested in trying something new and that ROCKS!! Beginners are always welcome and we're really good at catering to each person's needs so don't worry because you're in good hands!

Kicking off our very first Gymparty Virtual Fitness Competition! Who will be crowned the Fittest From Home?
There are four workouts for the competition that can be done in any order, but if you're joining us for class, we'll be doing them in written order. Starting with today's 15 Min AMRAP, sneaky arm burner. Hope you don't have to use your shoulders for anything later today.
You will need the following for this workout:
Male: A pair of 15lbs dumbbells
Female: A pair of 25lbs dumbbells
Male: A pair of 25lbs dumbbells
Female: A pair of 20lbs dumbbells
Male: A pair of 35lbs dumbbells and a 20" elevated surface
Female: A pair of 25lbs dumbbells and an 18" elevated surface.
Male: A pair of 45lbs dumbbells and a 24" elevated surface.
Female: A pair of 35lbs dumbbells and a 20" elevated surface.
