Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."
Well, if you're reading this then that means you're interested in trying something new and that ROCKS!! Beginners are always welcome and we're really good at catering to each person's needs so don't worry because you're in good hands!

Today's goal is to move based on how your body is feeling. Monday's workout was a bit taxing and there are a lot of external factors that may be causing stress. So, today you have the option of just going through the motions and getting some movement in the body as a way to de-stress OR if you're feeling great, the other option will be to go fast and keep everything unbroken.
✅ Weight for Swings. Should be something that feels about medium-heavy, where you could probably do 10 without stopping, but still feel challenged.
