Front Raises

The Set-up
- Stand upright with feet under hips.
- Hold one weight in each hand at the sides of your body

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Keeping shoulders down, raise light weights up in front of your body, shoulder-width until arms reach parallel with the ground.
- Return to start.

The Finish
- Standing upright with arms raised to the front of your body, holding weights.
