- Stand with feet under your hips, arms at your sides.

- Jump upwards, raising your arms from the sides of your body up in the air.
- Lift both of your legs out to the sides, making an X or star formation with the body in the middle.
- Land with your feet back under your hips.
✅ The Finish
- Standing on the ground after landing a jump, legs straight and arms at the sides.
