✅ The Set-up
- Stand with feet under hips.
- Hold a weight between both hands, held overhead in a straight line with the body.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Keeping elbows in the same place, lower the weight/forearms back behind your head.
- Lower down as far as possible, then raise arms back up to straight.
✅ The Finish
- Standing upright with a weight locked out over your head, body in a straight line.
