The Set-up
- Stand with feet hip width.
- Hold one weight with one arm on the same shoulder.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Keeping the shoulder shrugging up and elbow high, hold it there or walk with it.

✅ The Finish
- Standing upright with a weight held at your shoulder.
