- Stand with feet under hips.
- Arms bent at a 90 degree angle at the sides.

- Bring one foot off of the ground at a time, lifting the heels and bringing knees up slightly.
- Feet stay underneath your body.
✅ The Finish
- Jogging in place with one foot off of the ground and the other on the ground.
