- Start in a plank on the hands
- Legs bent at a 90 degree angle on lower body with knees directly below the hips off of the ground
- Toes are the only point of contact, raise one hand off the ground and touch opposite shoulder
- Return hand to ground, switch sides
- Actively push away from the surface with the supporting arm
