- Orient yourself on all fours (crawling position)
- Hands under shoulders
- Knees under hips
- Toes pointed towards the ground (foot flexed)
- Actively push hands into the ground and simultaneously push toes into the ground
- Lfting knees off of the ground
- Balancing your entire bodyweight on hands and toes
- Maintain a strong core contraction throughout
