- Toes pointed towards the ground (ankle at a 90), torso upright
- To initiate lean forward and push butt back
- Rapidly extend the hips upward and transfer weight from knees to the bottom of the feet by bringing knees up to chest and throwing momentum upwar
- Land with feet in squat stance, either at the bottom or half squat, stand
