✅ The Set-up
- Set up in a plank on your toes and hands elevated on a chair bottom or elevated surface.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Bring one knee forward, foot comes to the outside of the same side's hand, shin is vertical and hips are in a straight line with the body.
- Bring leg back, repeat on other side.
✅ The Finish
- The top of a plank position with hands elevated and one foot completely underneath the front shoulder, the other leg supporting the lower body.
