✅ The Set-up
- Place yourself at the top of the plank - hands underneath shoulders, feet shoulder width, hips elevated.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Lower entire body towards the ground, keeping body straight and elbows in.
- Chest and thighs touch the ground at the same time.
- Press off the ground HARD!
- Hands come together at the center of the body to clap while body is suspended in the air.
- Place hands back down on the ground shoulder-width, receiving with soft elbows.
✅ The Finish
- Top of the plank position.
