The Set-up
- Start behind a marker, facing another marker 10-m away.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
- Run towards and fully past the other marker.
- Turn around, touch the ground with one hand.
- Run back to initial marker, repeating same motion above.

The Finish
- Running past the initial marker where you started.
