Prep Time: 15 min

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (or rotisserie chicken, tofu, or black beans)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or your own blend), our favorite right now
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded romaine or spring mix
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, plain Greek yogurt, jalapeños, lime wedges

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Prepare your protein: Cook your ground turkey (or other protein of choice) with taco seasoning. Let cool.
  2. Layer in jars (bottom to top):
    • Beans
    • Corn
    • Tomatoes + onions
    • Meat
    • Cheese
    • Lettuce
      (Leave room at the top to shake it up before eating!)
  3. Store in fridge up to 4 days. Shake + dump into a bowl when ready to eat.
