🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup diced pickles
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Special Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt or light mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
🥣 Instructions:
Cook ground meat in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
Mix all “special sauce” ingredients together in a small bowl.
Divide lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion into 4 containers.
Top with cooked meat, shredded cheese, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sauce.
