Juicy seasoned ground meat, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a lighter take on the classic "special sauce" come together in one delicious, deconstructed bowl. Servings: 4 | Cook Time: 15-20 min

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or light mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Cook ground meat in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  2. Mix all “special sauce” ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Divide lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion into 4 containers.
  4. Top with cooked meat, shredded cheese, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sauce.
  5. Store sauce separately if prepping for the week to keep greens crisp.
