More single-sided work today! For the Split Squats, you have the option of using weight and holding in the front rack position. The reps don't have to be unbroken and should feel challenging. For the Hang Split Cleans, you'll alternate legs and the reps are PER SIDE - you might find that one side will be perform better than the other. If you don't have a jump rope for Double or Single-unders, you can do jumping jacks instead.
