- Kneel on the ground with your knees directly beneath your hips.
- Hold one weight in both hands at chest level, elbows in at the sides.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Press the weight in front of you until arms fully lock out, keeping arms parallel to the ground.
- Return weight to your chest.

- Kneeling on the ground with a weight pressed out in front of you, arms straight.
