The Set-up
- Stand upright with feet hip width.

🏃‍♂️ The Action
-  Sit butt back down to ground and roll backwards.
- Roll momentum towards shoulders & lift feet/legs up off the ground.
-  Roll back towards feet.
- Transfer weight to one leg and stand up, while other leg is not on the ground.

The Finish
- Standing up fully on one leg.
