Quadruped Hip Extensions

- Orient yourself on all fours (crawling position)
- Hands under shoulders, knees under hips
- Toes pointed towards the ground (foot flexed)
- Actively push hands and toes onto the floor
- Lifting knees off of the ground, balancing your entire bodyweight on hands and toes
- Raise one leg out and back, extending the knee and straightening the leg with butt squeezed
- Return leg back down to the ground and switch sides
- Keep ribcage down and maintain a strong core contraction throughout
