Legs-only Deadbugs

Poor bugs are dead AND they don't have arms??

- Lay on ground
- Bring knees up above the chest and bend the knees so they're at a 90 degree angle
- Feet are flexed so toes facing your face and bottom of foot facing the ceiling
- Arms extended and also reaching towards the ceiling (perpendicular to body)
- Belly button sucked into ground to eliminate space between low back and ground
- Maintain strong abdominal contraction, with a bent knee leg lower left leg towards the ground
- Both arms still reaching towards ceiling
- Maintaining contact with low back and floor, slowly bring left leg back up, switch sides
