- Set up in a lunge-like split-stance and touch the ground with one arm.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Switch sides and pivot, switching which leg is in front/back and which hand touches the ground.
- Go fast back and forth between sides staying low.
✅ The Finish
- Landing in a lunge-like split-stance with one arm on the ground with opposite leg/hand from where you started.
