✅ The Set-up
- Lie on your back on the ground.
- Legs are straight in front of you, feet together.
- Arms are at your sides.
- Core is engaged with lower back flat against the ground.
🏃♂️ The Action
- Raise your upper back and legs off of the ground, with the low back the only contact point.
- Twist your body side-to-side, hands touching right and left of you.
- Core maintains same position throughout.
✅ The Finish
- Lying on your back with legs straight and arms touching ground to the side of your body.
