We've got two EMOMs today with a strong focus on both the quads and pulling movements. For the first part, you've got to fit in two movements in one minute, but you should still have some time left in the minute to rest. Use a heavyweight for the Single-arm Rows, it's only 4 at a time, so you can handle it!
