Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.

Today, we're focusing on Deadlifts and some upper body pushing. For part 1, if you have the option to increase every round or every other round, please do so. It should feel challenging at the end. If you only have one weight option and it feels too light, you can slow down the movement or even increase to 10 reps. Choose a Dip option that will be doable for 5. For the second part, use a med/heavy weight that will probably be challenging towards the later rounds. Pick a push-up option that will allow to go unbroken as much as possible.
