"Do I have to turn my camera on?"
Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.
"I don't have weights."
Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."
Well, if you're reading this then that means you're interested in trying something new and that ROCKS!! Beginners are always welcome and we're really good at catering to each person's needs so don't worry because you're in good hands!
"Deck" the Halls See the Full Workout Details
Hit me! You'll need a deck of cards for this workout. If you don't have phyiscal cards, you can find a website or app that will generate random cards for you.
Today's workout will rely a lot on luck. You'll draw a card from the deck. Each suite represents a different movement. The number on the care represents the number of reps to complete of that given movement. Continue to draw cards and complete the movements until you're either done with the deck or 20-min cap. Face cards are 10, Ace is 1, and the Joker has a special task.
