Sorry, not sorry! 😬 There are worst things than doing a hundred burpees...we just can't really think of them at the moment. For the workout today, your goal is to get to 100 burpees as fast as you can. For each 2-minute round, the faster you finish the jump rope and Push Jerks, the more time you have to do burpees.
